A WONDERFUL afternoon at the ZOO

Jason was off on Friday, the weather was gorgeous, and we had FREE Zoo tickets! ! We spent a couple hours at the Phoenix Zoo and had such a good time. We got there a little after 2 and left at 5 when the Zoo closed. We were thinking that we weren't going to have enough time, but on Ryder schedule, it was just right.
Our Family

Ryder tried cotton candy for the first time...

he wasn't too impressed, that was the only bite he took!

playing with daddy:)

What's Ryder laughing and pointing at?
This silly Babboon! He just sat there relaxing, watching all the people go by. His face is so pretty with the pink and blue nose. The monkey exhibits are always my favorite.

The GIANT Clam! ! Of course we couln't miss out on this photo op!

Ryder's Aunt Michelle and Cousin Jesse

Grandma and the boys :)

All the girls and two little boys. For some reason the big guys didn't want to get in the clam for a picture :) !

We stopped by the petting zoo for a couple minutes. Ryder wasn't too interested in the animals, besided they were acting crazy. They kept chasing each other, jumping in the air and hitting their heads together really hard. Crazy goats! We got our babies out of there.

My favorite part was the little tikes, little people playground. We could only stay for a few minutes since the zoo was closing. The boys loved it!

Look at Jesse on his horse :)

We made it just in time and caught the last carousel ride of the day!
