Ryder is 6 Months Old Today

WOW! I can't believe that my little baby is 6 months old today! He is such a Silly Boy, always so happy and smiley. I love being his Mommy! It really does go by so quickly.... I am making sure to cherish every moment.

Follow Up Visit

I took Ryder back to the dermatologist at PCH for his follow up visit. He has a bit of a flare up now on his chest and around his eyes, but other than that is doing great. Thank goodness.

The funniest thing too, when the dermatologist came in she looked at Ryder and the first thing she said was "Who has Red Hair" I laughed and told her that was the big debate going on, some say it looks red, some say just his eyebrows look red, and some say no red at all-just brown! ! I guess only time will tell.

Daddy's Little MVP !

Whenever Jason is home watching Ryder I always call him and ask what he dressed him in the for the day.

On Tuesday Jason and Ryder went to visit Aunt Julie and this is what Daddy put him in. I had to call and remind Jason to take some pictures for me.

Busy Monday

I am a bit behind on posting blogs, I forgot my camera at my mom's house ... Jason has Monday's off and I was off for the holiday so we actually got to spend the whole day together, Yippee! We had a busy day.

First we went to visit a new baby boy. Our friends Jodi & Glen had little Jaxon on May 21. He is such a little cutie and weighed 8 lbs, 8 oz, exact same as Ryder. Jaxon and Ryder will for sure be little dune buddies !

I was at Target and found this little muscle shirt for Ryder, and it's perfect! It says "I GET MY MUSCLES FROM MY DAD"

Ryder has really found his voice and is doing alot of talking and making funny noises, Jason says he was doing this ALL DAY Monday ! ! I like how he makes faces and wrinkles his little brows while he's doing it ! !

When Babies Get Mad . .I Wonder What He's Tryin' To Say?

So far Ryder has tried sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, and pears :) He loves his sweet potatoes and pears, he's not very fond of the carrots, and the squash just makes him gag.

Tonight he tried bananas for the first time and he gobbled up the whole bowl ! !

A Brand New TRICK

Yep, Ryder has a new trick, Thanks to SOMEONE (grandma) teaching him how to do this. He literally just started doing this today after grandma showed him how ! ! !

Ryder met a GIRLFRIEND !

I took Ryder out for a fun time on Saturday. We went to a birthday party for Telsea (Jason's cousin's daughter ), she was turning 3 years old.

Thanks for inviting us, We had a SUPER FUN time :) Ryder was pooped out by the end of the day ! !

We met a cute 9 month old little girl named Emma ! ! Her and Ryder were quite interested in one another..She was crawling over to check him out !

Is he a RED HEAD ! ! ? ? ...

OK, so my Mom has red hair and said that she always hoped for one of us ( me, brother, sister) to have red hair as well. None of us got the red hair. She would also tease me and say Ryder's hair looked red, but I never thought much of it until recently. Whenever people see him in person or photo, they say he looks like a red head. I have to admit that his eyebrows look kinda red, but the hair on his head looks brown. I don't know. What do you think. RED HEAD or NOt ? ?

Giggles ! ! !

I wanted to post some footage of Ryder and his little giggles. I love it when he smiles, giggles, and laughs. It's the cutest ever. We have been trying to get him on camera laughing, but seems that as soon as we take the camera out he is done.

The Greatest Show On Earth ...

A few weeks ago I registered Ryder @ Ringling Bros and yesterday we got this in the mail. It is a voucher for a Free Ticket to The Greastest Show On Earth. If your baby is younger than one year old you can register them to get a free ticket. The ticket does not expire. It's even personalized with his name. How cute, I will have to save this voucher for his circus visit scrapbook ! !

Grandma, Mommy, Mommy-To-Be ...

Ryder and I spent the day with Grandma, and Aunt Michelle (and of course Grandpa and Michelle's hubby Tony). How great to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom being a grandma, me being a Mommy, and my sister with a little one on the way. I can't believe there will be 2 little boys in just a few weeks (or sooner) ! !

Ryder made Grandma a coffee mug with his little handprints and a picture. Grandma LOVED it ! !

My parents made me this gift, the top picture has alway been one of my favorites. It's of me, my brother, and dad when I was just a baby. We are all wearing bandanas on our heads. They recreated that picture with Ryder ! ! He looks like a little TOUGHIE ! ! I LOVE IT ! ! Thank You So Much ! !

When you are a mother, you are never really alone in your thoughts. A mother always has to think twice, once for herself and once for her child.

There is no way to be a perfect mother, and a million ways to be a good one.

Mother's Day (Saturday)

We celebrated Mother's Day with Jason's parents,grandparents, and aunt Kelly on Saturday. We opened gifts then had dinner at Cucina Taglianis ! !

Ryder made his Nana a picture frame with his very own handprints (Jason painted that frame all by himself, I was so surprised, he actually had fun doing it!) Ryder also made his Nana a frame with some of his favorite pictures ! ! ;)
